Welcome to the Classifieds Portal for McKee Foods Employees. By accessing the Classifieds Portal or submitting an ad to the Classifieds Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use, as modified from time to time.

The Classifieds Portal is solely for the use of employees of McKee Foods Corporation and its affiliates (“McKee Foods”). McKee Foods provides the Classifieds Portal as a communication service to employees. McKee Foods has no responsibility for: (a) items offered for sale, (b) the description of those items, (c) the ability of sellers to sell items, or (d) the ability of purchasers to pay for items. McKee Foods makes no representations or warranties regarding the Classifieds Portal or its use or items advertised. To the full extent permitted by law, the Classifieds Portal is provided AS IS and MCKEE FOODS AND ITS OWNERS WILL HAVE NO LIABLITY REGARDING THE CLASSIFIEDS PORTAL, USE OF THE CLASSIFIEDS PORTAL, OR ITEMS ADVERTISED.

Transactions regarding items advertised are solely between the buyer and seller. The seller is responsible for the legality of advertised items.

The Classifieds Portal administrator may, but is not required to, review ads for appropriateness. Ads may be declined in the administrator’s sole discretion.

All items advertised must be owned and offered by the McKee Foods employee— not on behalf of someone else.

All arrangements to view or buy advertised items should be made on both employees’ break time, or while they are off the clock. Also, viewing and buying must take place outside of any McKee Foods plant or building. Advertised items should not be brought into the workplace.
